On the morning of December 3rd, Delta held a preparatory meeting for the trade union representative conference in the conference room on the fifth floor. Deputy General Manager Zhu Pengfeng presided over the meeting. He pointed out that as an important link between employees and the company, trade union representatives must communicate well with employees. Work; effectively improve the ability to perform duties and responsibilities as a trade union representative, and truly do good and practical things for the majority of employees; extensively collect opinions in daily work, understand the ideological dynamics of employees, promote implementation and solutions, and give full play to the role of bridges. He demanded that the relevant rules and regulations of the trade union be improved as soon as possible to prepare for the convening of the formal meeting.

After the meeting, the delegates expressed that they would take this preparatory meeting of the workers' congress as a new starting point, further play the role of the trade union representatives as a model and a bridge, and lead the staff to strengthen their confidence, face difficulties, and work hard to write. This trade union member representative meeting should be attended by 129 representatives, and 111 trade union representatives actually attended the preparatory meeting, and the number of participants met the quorum. The official meeting of the trade union congress will be held before the end of the year.
